This policy explains how REMO Electronics EOOD ("REMO", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through remoelectronics.com, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller is REMO Electronics EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria with its commercial base in Sofia. For any privacy question or request, contact sales@remoelectronics.com.

- Inquiry content — product category, requirements, quantities and any specification or attachment you send us.
- Technical data — standard server logs generated by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for special categories of personal data.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations.
- To evaluate supplier partnership proposals.
- To perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep basic records required for accounting and legal obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (when you submit a form), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in running a commercial business.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than required by applicable Bulgarian and EU law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
5. Who we share it with
- Hosting provider — our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and server logs on our behalf.
- Email provider — our business email is provided by Namecheap Private Email.
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors or lawyers where legally required.
Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD) or your local supervisory authority.
