Any acceptable alternatives, target price if you have one, and whether a specific brand is mandatory.
We do
Check manufacturer, mill, authorized-distributor and OEM channels; verify specification and authenticity; flag lead-time and obsolescence risk early.
You receive
Sourcing options with availability status, and a clear note where the channel is not an authorized one.
Quotation & Terms
You provide
Confirmation of quantity and your preferred Incoterm, or ask us to propose one.
We do
Build the landed cost, state lead time, MOQ, payment terms and the documents included. Exclusions are written down, not left implicit.
You receive
A written quotation, normally valid 7–14 days, with the price basis and validity stated.
Order & Quality Control
You provide
Purchase order, and artwork or specification approval where the product is branded or customised.
We do
Place the order, follow production, arrange sample approval, and carry out pre-shipment inspection with photographic records.
You receive
Order confirmation, inspection report on request, and shipping documents before departure.
Logistics & After-Sales
You provide
Delivery address and any specific customs or labelling requirement for your market.
We do
Consolidate multiple suppliers, prepare export documents, book freight, clear customs and arrange final delivery.
You receive
Tracking, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and follow-up on spare parts or repeat orders.
Common questions
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. We handle single replacement parts as well as full container loads. The MOQ applied by the manufacturer or mill is stated in the quotation.
Can you supply obsolete or discontinued parts?
Yes — this is one of the areas we focus on. We check stock held by distributors and independent sources, and tell you honestly when an item is no longer available or only offered as refurbished.
Are you a manufacturer?
No. We are a sourcing and distribution company. We do not own production facilities, and we do not present other companies' products as our own.
How are payment terms agreed?
Terms are confirmed in each quotation and depend on the supplier, order value and whether the item is standard stock or made to order. We do not advertise fixed terms that we cannot hold to.
Do you deliver outside the European Union?
Our commercial focus is Europe. For destinations outside the EU we quote on a project basis and handle export documentation where the destination permits the goods.
